How can I change the configured WiFi network?
To change the configured WiFi network, you need to take Tramli out of range of the currently set network. Once you turn Tramli on in that location, the device will switch back to setup mode after three unsuccessful connection attempts.

 

Where can I find the serial number of my Tramli?
The serial number of your Tramli is displayed on the screen when the device starts up. Additionally, the serial number is printed on the front of the packaging under S/N.

Where can I find the MAC address of my Tramli?
The MAC address of the device is not directly visible. You can either retrieve the MAC address yourself using network tools or contact us with your device’s serial number, and we will provide it to you.

The Tramli screen is flickering, or the screen remains black
The power supply to Tramli is unstable. This issue can occur with low-quality USB power adapters that do not provide a consistent 5V output. Unstable USB adapters can damage the device and pose a safety risk. Disconnect Tramli immediately from the power source and use a different adapter or a computer. Only use a high-quality USB power adapter for extended operation. We recommend the Apple USB 5W Power Adapter.

Tramli is not displaying any connections
Ensure that a station is configured for the device. To do this, go to the Tramli Configuration Page and enter your Tramli’s serial number.

It is also possible that your Tramli has a weak internet connection. If no connections are displayed regularly, try moving Tramli closer to the WiFi router.

Tramli connects to the network but has no internet access
Tramli does not support WiFi networks with login portals, also known as “Captive Portals”. To use Tramli, connect the device to a WiFi network that does not require a login portal.

How do I update my Tramli’s software?
Tramli updates its software automatically. The device only needs a WiFi connection.

How can I protect my settings from unauthorized access?
Your Tramli settings are accessed using the device’s serial number. To protect access, we recommend setting a password. You can configure the password on the Tramli Configuration Page.
